A.C Filters Cleaning (Repeat this section in accordance with the number of items you do)

  • A full service of public area and meeting room air handling and or air conditioning units should be carried out in line with manufactures recommendation to manage any warranties, old systems can be done annually. Each service will be logged taking note of any works carried out, and any remedial action taken as required, and approved where a financial spend is needed. This annual service should be carried out by a reputable air conditioning contractor and comply with the statutory F Gas regulations and documented for your files.

  • Quarterly: The air handling / air conditioning units within guest rooms, public areas and meeting rooms should be cleaned by the maintenance team. To include all cleanable filters and a change of any disposable filter media, box pleated filters if necessary. Bag filters will likely be annual or less, however if you are in a city centre where pressure drops from the AHU, we suggest sooner. BMS systems where necessary will provide this indication status.

  • Please note- Site Filter cleaning Template will still be required to be completed and uploaded to SSG compliance line

  • Filters Clean & in good condition
