Asset check to undertake Green deal assessments

• This monthly asset check must be carried out by all GDA's to comply with company procedures and the UK road traffic act. This must Be sent to Farooq.siddique@helmsuk.co.uk along with the risk assessments for the month.
  
  It must be completed by all GDA's who own personal or company vehicles.

• First aid box present and full stocked?

• Accident book present?

• Ladder present and in good condition?

• High viz vest?

• Torch

• Cable puller present and in good condition?

• Measuring tape present?

Vehicle checks

• Are all the tyres in good condition?

• All lights working correctly?

• Does the horn work?

• Do the wipers operate?

• Is there any damage to your vehicle mechanical or cosmetic?

• Is the engine oil at the correct level?

• Do you have enough anti freeze?

• Are all mirrors in tact?

Declaration of conformity

• I confirm that I have carried out a physical inspection of the assets in my possession that are used for activities undertaken on behalf of Helms.
