  • Proper hygiene<br><br>Ensure personnel using solvents/chemicals are washing hands after use. Failure to wash hands can result in personnel injury.

  • Welding gun operations<br><br>Ensure welder keeps hands and legs away from tip of welding gun. Weld wire punctures can cause serious injury.

  • Safe Vehicle Operations<br><br>Ensure equipment operators are not talking on cell phone or being distracted while driving. Distracted equipment operators can cause serious injuries or equipment damage.

  • Material Carts<br><br>Inspect Material Carts daily. "If You Connect You Must Inspect". Damaged carts can cause injury and damage to equipment.

  • Shot Blast<br><br>Inspect Curtain to ensure no excessive shot is impacting surrounding areas. Shot can cause serious eye injuries.

  • Cell Phone Usage<br><br>Are people walking and texting? Walking and Texting can cause injuries.

  • Painters PPE<br><br>Are all painters wearing to proper PPE. Failure to wear proper PPE can result in personnel injuries.

  • Re-work Material<br><br>Are material requiring re-work parked in correct areas? Can cause trip hazards.

  • Pinch Points<br>Verify workers are avoiding pinch points around work area. Eliminate pinch points. to Avoid injury.

  • Hydraulic Cylinders/Presses<br>Verify cylinders are not leaking. Are cylinders being used in a safe manner? Hydraulic cylinders can cause severe bodily injuries.

  • Hydration<br>Verify employees know early warning signs of dehydration. Dehydration can result in significant bodily injuries.

  • Proper PPE<br>Verify employees working around pressurized hydraulics wear proper eye protection. Avoid eye injuries.

  • Battery Use<br>Verify batteries are in good working order. Damaged cables can cause fire or shock hazards.

  • Proper Lifting<br>Are employees using proper lifting device? Avoid back injuries.
