General Housekeeping<br>Aisles kept clear, stored materials at least 18 inches below sprinkler heads or 24 inches below ceiling (if no sprinklers), no excessive storage of combustibles. No accumulation of oily rags. Oily rag waste cans used.

Fire Extinguishers/Standpipes/Electrical Panels<br>Unobstructed access must be maintained at all times. Check that monthly and annual inspections are complete. Fire extinguishers should be mounted on the wall near an exit. Per NJ Fire Code, a working space of not less than 30 inches in width, 36 inches in depth and 78 inches in height shall be kept in front of electrical service equipment.
