  • Do all fork lift truck drivers have a valid licence?

  • Are pre use checks being carried out and recorded on the fork lift trucks?

  • Are keys left in the fork lift trucks while unattended?

  • Is all mechanical lifting serviced and has the in date LOLER certificate?
