1.1 Reactive & Emergency Requests<br><br>Prompt and efficient response to maintenance requests as per agreed SLA

1.2 Fire Alarm System<br><br>Comprehensive maintenance of alarm panel and associate equipment is in top condition. All panels are free of faults. Recording the previous logs with actions taken before clearing logs. Maintain call logs or service records as per site.

1.3 Fire Extinguishers & Fire Hose Reels<br><br>All extinguishers are serviced and in good condition. Necessary replacements made when applicable.

1.4 Detectors (Heat, Optical, Smoke, Beam, CO)<br><br>All detectors are annually tested and serviced. Quarterly inspections carried out to confirm all in working condition.

1.5 Fire Pumps & Associated Equipment<br><br>All pumps (electrical, jockey, diesel) and associated equipment tested and in good condition. Maintain diesel stock at least 60% of capacity.

1.6 Gas Suppression System <br><br>Regular inspections carried out, documented, and reported and rectified.
