    Compliant – No shortfalls identified, criteria met or standards required achieved
    Partially Compliant – Minor shortfalls identified in the standard or requirement, minor opportunities for improvement identified and the standard is still to an acceptable level. (For Example -PAT Testing – Most items tested and in date however a few units have been missed)
    Non-Compliant – The standard or requirement has not been achieved and deemed to be unacceptable. Immediate action is required to address the shortfall/s (Example – PAT Testing – Most items out of date and not tested)

  • Access/egress – Working Party Booked in with OCC / Inductions Completed / Access restrictions adhered to.

  • PPE / FPE- Correct PPE in use and Inspected (Sliders, Harnesses etc.. in good condition and inspected)

  • Stat Inspections - (Ladders, Lift, anchor points, fire extinguisher's in good condition and in date)

  • Floor areas / Ladders (STF Hazards) – Floors free from obstruction, ladders free from contamination, grease etc...

  • Tools & Equipment - In good condition, calibrated / inspected, Individuals trained on use.

  • Hot Work/Fire – Areas used for hot work are free from all flammable materials. Firefighting equipment suitable and in good order. Gas containers secured with chain (if unused these should be secured in a suitable outside location). Hot works permit in place.

  • Electrical Safety– Evidence of inspection where applicable.(PAT) Cables correctly managed. Points of isolation correctly and tagged out, Zero Energy Checks conducted (Test For Dead)

  • Emergency Arrangements - Working party aware of muster point and aware of how to raise the alarm in the event of an emergency, First Aid / Defib provision available, ERP available and trained to conduct the plan. Do they have the Eemits Radios in possession and switched on?
