Visually inspect the Stage Left water ingress area to the bottom of the cove and make note of any change.

Go into the void, walk around the lower walkway, and inspect the wads focusing on seeing if there is any cracking or movement to them.

Whilst in the void, walk around the upper walkway and inspect the wads, focusing on seeing if there is any cracking or movement to them.

Inspect for any signs of water ingress or any sort of staining in the void.

Check around the motor points and any chains that are going through the ceiling, focusing on seeing if any noticeable damage or movement to the ceiling has occurred.

Look out for any signs of movement across the entire ceiling.
