Daily site visit check sheet

Before heading to site, check CCTV remotely for signs of entry/potential hazards. Check all 3 HDR’s are recording. If remote is not working check HDR’s and CCTV PC on arrival

Parimiter check: Walk around the complete perimeter of the site, including Council buildings. Check for any damage, vandalism, signs of rough sleeping etc. Clear rubbish to bins. Check for signs of forced entry, check all external doors are secure.

Enter site, disarm intruder alarm. Check DeFib, green light flashing.

Site inspection: Walk the entire site, checking for any signs of flooding, leakage, electrical issues, forced entry. Listen for any warning alarms, beeps, equipment which should be shut down etc

Plant inspection: Check main plant room for any signs of leaks and any other problems.

Site exit: When all actions complete, lock any doors which have been unlocked, ensure all external doors are secure. Shut down any equipment that has been switched on. Set alarm, secure stage door.
