  • Where identified is the flushing of little used outlets (LUOs) carried out and reported to CSM's?

  • Are area staff carrying out and recording flushing procedures in line with the College Control of Legionella Policy

Lone Working

  • Has lone working been identified within your department

  • Are procedures in place to manage any lone worked within the department?
