Is additional task lighting available? Does the noise level exceed exposure limits? Is hearing protection available? Is a hearing conservation program required?

  • Sanitation / water?<br>Are there enough toilets for the project? For each gender? Are washing facilities available? Are first aid and drinking water station separated to minimize blood-born pathogen contamination?

  • Access / signs / staging?<br>Are access routes being maintained through the project? For pedestrian, delivery, emergency routes? Are signs placed to notify pedestrians about changed routes, PPE requirements, etc? Are staging areas well maintained?
