Summary and Recommendations

As a result of completing a thermal imaging survey at the above address I would recommend the following action's are taken to significantly improve the fabric of the property: Significant heat loss is occurring through the walls of the property due to the walls being uninsulated. Installing Cavity Wall Insulation will drastically reduce the heat loss from the walls reducing the overall heat demand within the property, This will lower the energy costs at the property as well as reducing the carbon out put of the property.
