ITEMS IN NEED OF REPAIR

  • Our home buyers are earnestly requested to inspect, along with your Orientation Representative and Builder, the subject property. We believe the home to be complete. The following check list should enable our buyers to inspect the property and thus be certain the same is satisfactory and ready for occupancy. Special attention should be given to the following areas.
