Timeliness and Ambiance

Entrance

  • Curtains are drawn/ Patio door is locked

  • Clothing is neatly folded in chair

  • Shoes are paired and out of walking area

  • Bed is free of guest clothing/ items

  • Bed turndown tightly & neat per number of occupants (1 side for single occupancy, both side for double occupancy)

  • Pillows (flat & corners neat), decorative pillows placed in closet

  • Lamp light on by the side of the fold

  • Replenish & clean coffee presentation

  • Amenities<br>o Refreshed if more than 50% empty<br>▪ Fully depleted (RCDC)<br>o Neatly arranged<br>

  • Replace all towels and washcloths as needed

  • Personalize items (organized and placed on washcloth) <br>Personal toiletries left out on counter are neatly straightened<br>o Placed on a washcloth or other linen/terry<br>

  • Toilet paper tipped

  • Toilet clean and closed (no evidence of HAIR)

  • Bathmat is placed on floor in front of shower

  • Trash can clean & emptied (clean oval liner must be in can)

Paperwork
