  • Are bunds in good condition and have adequate capacity for 100% spillage containment

WELFARE

  • Are contents of First Aid kit in validity

  • Is the First Aid kit in place and break seal in place?

  • Weather conditions - Multiple selections to descibe weather (Hazards - slips, dust, chill, sunburn)

  • Is the Office / Lab clean, tidy with adequate heat and light to work comfortably?
