Is there adequate signage at site entrance? (warning of vehicle movements/speed limits/parking areas/customers & visitors to report to reception/office/weighbridge)

Does signage account for non-English speaking persons?

Are there designated parking areas? (employees/ visitors/ site vehicles)

Is there a reverse parking policy?

Are there safe routes for persons to travel from parking areas to office/ work areas?

Are there workplace transport rules provided to drivers/visitors?

Is there a traffic management plan?

Are traffic routes identified and sign-posted?

Are appropriate one-way systems in use?

Is appropriate high viz PPE provided, used and maintained?

Are there designated routes for pedestrians to travel around site?

Are pedestrian routes maintained?

Are pedestrians segregated where possible?

Are measures in place to ensure persons hand sorting waste on the ground are physically segregated from vehicles operating?

Are separate pedestrian/ vehicle access/egress points available at buildings/ sheds?

Are physical barriers provided at building/ shed access/egress points to prevent pedestrian walking onto traffic routes?

Are convex mirrors placed at blind spots?

Are roadways well designed with surfaces well maintained?
