Garment Make / Fabrication

  • Check garments are trimmed and free of loose threads

  • Check that garments are pressed for export quality

  • Check that garments are clean and dry

  • Check garment for any other defect that affects the overall performance and functionality of the garment

  • Check garment for any uneven hems with differing widths or twisted hems (hems that do not lie flat)

  • Check garment trims - zips, pullers, draw cords - are they operable

  • Check garment for trim colour bleeding onto main garment

  • Check garment for non specified trims as per ship sample

  • Check garments for any issues example unravelling or threads hanging etc

  • Check garment for pelling of any patches or transfers that have begun to peel

  • Check garment to make sure pattern or print match PP sample

  • Check the garment to ensure backing of embroiderry has been removed properly

  • Check the garment prints for cracking, poor coverage or poor readability
