- Unsatisfactory - Immediately support the awning frame with acrow props mechanically fixed to the footpath & awning frame.
- Unsatisfactory - Please contact Taylor Consulting as we were unable to adequately inspect the awning at this time and reinspection is likely required
- Stop all works - contact councils duty planner on 9735 1222, regarding unauthorised works
