Walk in fridge - all food labelled?

Walk in fridge - floor swept and mopped, shelves wiped down and all labelled?

Walk in freezer - floor swept and mopped, shelves wiped?

Dry store - shelves wiped down and floor swept and mopped?

Pass Cubby Hole - shelves wiped down, floor swept and mopped?

Kitchen Sink - scrubbed clean, including surrounding surfaces and taps?

Rear prep area - surfaces wiped thoroughly, floor swept and mopped?
