Mucking wedge

  • Is the wedge secured to the wall as per drawing?

  • Is the front of wedge full of water or muck as required?

  • Is there a yellow bag at the muck wedge with proper prints and remote mucking procedure?

  • Is ther a signed commissioning report at the heading?

  • When was the last time your supervisor did a job task observation on you mucking remote

  • Is the brow of the open stope clearly marked with caution tape?
