INSPECTION CRITERIA

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

  • Project inductions conducted and all personnel inducted (including visitors and short-term workers)?

  • Training and licensing (HRWL) records available?

  • Training and licensing register current?

  • Pre-start/re-start and/or toolbox meetings are conducted, and all personnel signed on?

  • Work method statements (SWMS, JSA, etc) are available for the tasks being conducted and signed by all crew members?

AMENITIES/HOUSEKEEPING

  • First Aiders are identified?

  • First aid kits are located on site and adequately stocked (in date)?

  • Work area is clean and tidy (adequate rubbish disposal facilities)?

  • No trip and/or slip hazards?

  • Equipment/materials stored safely?

  • All signs on site unobstructed, clean and legible?

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

  • Signs displayed to identify the required PPE?
