PRIOR TO FUELING (EPI 1.3.16., Items 1.5., 1.7., & 1.8.)

  • Are all GSE engines outside of a ten (10) foot radius of the wing vents?

  • Have the fueling vehicle daily checks been completed and documented?

  • Was the bonding of the fuel vehicle accomplished in the proper sequence?

DURING FUELING (EPI 1.3.16., Items 1.3., 1.4., 1.5., 1.7., & 1.8.)

  • Is the DEADMAN switch being continuously held by the fueler during fueling operations?

  • Is the DEADMAN switch being operated properly (not blocked open)?

  • Is fueling being accomplished in ONLY the AUTOMATIC mode?

  • Is the fueler observing all gauges, meters, and hose connections during the fueling process?

  • Are all required signs, placards, and labels present and intact?

  • Is the seal on the delivery meter calibrator intact?

  • Are vehicle fire extinguishers in place and have the monthly inspections been completed?

  • VISUAL CHECK - Is the Emergency Shut Off valve on the vehicle visible and unobstructed?

  • Was the filter changed within twelve (12) months?

  • Enter the MM/DD/YY of the change?

  • Is the NOZZLE PRESSURE at steady flow less than fifty one (51) PSI OR less than three point five two (3.52) BAR?

  • Enter the NOZZLE PRESSURE observed during fueling?

  • WARNING: if the NOZZLE PRESSURE exceeds fifty one (51) PSI OR three point five two (3.52) BAR, STOP FUELING AND REMOVE VEHICLE FROM SERVICE!
