Substrate inspected and accepted. Substrate must be clean, smooth, dry and free from dust or contaminants. All sharp points and loose materials have been removed

Moisture content of substrate checked and accepted and is below acceptable level. (Non invasive procedure). Moisture Content must be below 5% using a Tramex moisture reader

Primer applied to relevant and manufacturers standards and application guide as per product data sheet & AS 3740-2021/4654.2:2012

Fillet reinforcing vertical & horizontal joints installed at AS standard 12mm cove and as per manufacturers product data sheet

Membrane installed to the correct micron thickness and as per manufacturers product data sheet AS 3740-2021/4654.2:2012 (Thickness test to be either conduct by means of a wet film thickness instrument or non-invasive ultrasonic testing).

UV Membrane application as per manufacturers recommendation and in accordance with AS 3740-2021/4654.2:2012 (external use only)

Allow to cure. Flood test area to identify leaks. Repair as required

Efflorescence barrier/Cementitious/Acrylic membrane applied above screed, ensure screed bed has cured for 48 hours prior to application, that it is clean, smooth, dry and free from dust contaminants. Epoxy primer must be applied 8 hours before acrylic membrane application, cementitious membrane may be applied to screed without an epoxy primer (see manufacturer PDS) and efflorescence barrier is the application of the water based epoxy primer only. Allow 24 hours curing time before other trades progress with works.
