  • Substrate inspected and accepted. Substrate must be clean, smooth, dry and free from dust or contaminants. All sharp points and loose materials have been removed

  • Moisture content of substrate checked and accepted and is below acceptable level. (Non invasive procedure)

  • Primer, adhesive glues applied to relevant as per manufacturers standards and application guide as per product data sheet. This will not be relevant if loose laid mechanical fix is the specified system.

  • If Specified, Mechanically fixed as per wind load diagram and fixings to receive patching to veil penetrated fixings to horizontal substrate.

  • If required, coving fillet applied to all vertical/Horizontal construction joints

  • Sheet membrane installed to the correct manufacturers standards including over laps as per minimum manufacturers requirements and as per AS 4654:2012 and/or AS3740:2021

  • Check Laps, end laps fully/evenly sealed and closed, penetrations sealed, all penetrations have sufficient termination and clamps installed to terminate membrane as per manufacturers requirements or specified standards.

  • All welded seams tested with hook probe ensuring proper welds are complete.

  • Installation of pressure seals or liquid bandage termination installed to the correct manufacturers standards. Correct fillet or reglet termination sequencing completed as per manufacturers specified instructions and as per AS 4654:2012 and /or AS 3740:2021

  • Final Walk over with main contractor
