  • 1. Designated Hot work Areas are approved for hot work operations that are maintained fire-safe. These areas are constructed of non-combustible or fire-resistive construction and free of combustible and flammable contents, and suitably segregated from adjacent areas. Do the areas in question meet this requirement?

  • 2. Hot work without a permit shall be permitted only in areas that are or have been made fire safe, and is verified as fire resistant. Do the areas in question meet this requirement?

  • 3. All combustibles in the work area shall be at least 35 ft. in all directions from the work site. Do the areas in question meet this requirement? <br>
