• Guidelines: Mark each item P for Pass or F for Fail. Replacement labels/stickers can be ordered from manufacturer. If any ladder fails inspection remove from service and destroy. All rolling stairways, step ladders, A Frame ladders and extension ladders must be inspected monthly.
