Cold Equipment Temperature Checks - Opening

All fridge and freezer temperatures must be taken internally, not taken off of the front of the fridge/freezer digital displays. Please fill out the static thermometer readings for each piece of equipment. Also you will be testing any two items from each filled equipment location. Temperature probes must be sterilized using the correct wipes/solution before and after each food has been tested.
