I. Ownership

II. Completing the Assessment

IV. Supporting Documentation

o Supporting documentation is required for each response when it is relevant

V. Review

o Organization Mgr ( Sub or HQ ) and regional EHS Mgr will receive a copy of completed checklist

VI. Action Plans

o Service Area/Site Manager supported by the EHS Coordinator must execute action plans to meet the expectations

o EHS Manager, will review action plans and status
