• MUST TAKE PHOTO ALONG THE TOP RETURN OF SIGNAGE (to all elevations, and all types of sign) FULL MPRO SURVEY - Attendance to site with a 22m lorry mounted hydraulic platform. - Create a visible and safe working area. - Conduct an initial test (physical and visual) of sign in ingress, safe fixing of components. Record any defects. - Energise signs (with generator if need be) to check operation of illumination components. MUST TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF EACH SIGN SHOWING FULL ILLUMINATION. Replace any defective LED components (drivers, connectors) Such items will be charged in addition to the set site fee. Ensure that internal components are clean to avoid shadowing or spotting. Replace sign covers/skins and align and tension. Check security of fixings to substrate. Clean the external faces of the sign. Report any defects that either structural or aesthetic. Works to include all Pets at Home brands, Vets4pets and Petsmart. Check and clean all non illuminated signs and poster frames.
