8.1 DAILY

8.1.1 Lift lobbies and stairs: floors mopped, wall, wiped, stainless handrails wiped, mirrors cleaned, AC grills dusted and cleaned.
8.1.2 Foyer area - Dust chandelier, flowers glass table, wall panels & cupboards. Carpets vacuumed and tiles mopped. Veneer panels polished. Empty bins, FIDS screens dusted and black glass panel cleaned and finger print free.
8.1.3 Luggage room/ concierge/Hallway- Reception desks Dusted, & cupboards. Tiles mopped. Veneer panels polished. Empty bins, shelving and mirrors cleaned and finger print free.
8.1. 4 Ticketing Desk /Reception/ lounge corridor - Reception desk, wall panels, wall marble & cupboards dusted and clean, FIDS dusted and clean. Floor tiles mopped, carpet vacuumed, veneer and glass panels polished , empty bin, glass finger print free . Computer fittings dusted and clean.
8.1.5 Juice Bar - counter top wiped and polished, FIDS screens dusted and cleaned. Light fittings dusted. Stainless polished and cleaned. Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned. Skirting cleaned.
8.1.6 Dining Area 1- Tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped. Chrome polished, wooden Walls and panels cleaned &polished. Leather furniture cleaned & conditioned, light fittings dusted, Buffet area glass walls & table top wiped and polished, FIDS screens dusted and cleaned.
8.1.7 Cigar Room - Floor mopped, leather furniture dusted and polished, tables cleaned, wooden panels polished, shelves cleaned, high ceiling lamps dusted, ashtrays emptied and cleaned, bins emptied, art work displays cleaned and dusted.

8.1.16 Consumables - Replace/refill all consumables including en-motion dispensers, toilet rolls, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner etc.
8.1.17 Dining Area 3 - Tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped. Chrome polished, wooden Walls and panels cleaned &polished, shelves dusted and polished. Leather furniture cleaned & conditioned, light fittings dusted, Buffet area glass walls wiped and polished, FIDS screens dusted and polished.
8.1.18 VIP. Room- Dusted chandelier, carpet vacuumed & cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors wiped clean. Furniture cleaned and polished. Bathrooms sanitized. FIDS & TV screens dusted and polished. Shelves dusted and cleaned. Toilets sweep, mop and polish floors, dust and polish fittings, empty bins, sanitize toilets , clean mirrors, polish cabinets, drains check and cleaned, Hand basins and showers to be set up as per the immaculate Etihad guide. Replace/refill all consumables.
8.1.19 Residence Area- Residence corridor floors mopped, wall, wiped, display leather cubes cleaned, glass wiped. Chandelier dusted.Carpet vacuumed & cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors wiped clean. Furniture cleaned and polished. Bathrooms sanitized. FIDS & TV screens dusted and polished. Shelves dusted and cleaned. Treatment rooms to be cleaned and tidy & to be set up as per the immaculate Etihad guide.
8.1.21 Female Spa-Reception area clean & tidy, floors mopped and polished, bathrooms/showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. Treatment rooms to be cleaned and tidy & to be set up as per the immaculate Etihad guide.
8.1.22 Family Room - Dusted and cleaned shelves, Vinyl floor. Floor tiles mopped, bean bag covers cleaned, walls, furniture and TV areas dusted and wiped. Toys sanitized.
8.1.23 Barber/ Nail Salon - Reception area clean & tidy, floors mopped and polished, carpet vacuumed, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. Curtains stain free, Barber chairs cleaned and polished, shoe shine cleaned, wooden floor vacuumed and cleaned, rooms set up as per immaculate Etihad guidelines.
8.1.24 Male Toilets - Toilets sweep, mop and polish floors, dust and polish fittings, empty bins, sanitize toilets and urinals, clean mirrors, polish cabinets, light fittings dusted, sanitary fittings polished, wooden cabinets dried and dusted, cleaning mop area cleaned and organized. Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. Hand basins and showers to be set up as per the immaculate Etihad guide.
8.1.25 FemaleToilets - Toilets sweep, mop and polish floors, dust and polish fittings, empty bins, sanitize toilets , clean mirrors, polish cabinets, light fittings dusted, sanitary fittings polished, wooden cabinets dried and dusted, cleaning mop area cleaned and organized. Sanitary Bins cleaned from the outside Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. 8.1.26 - Staff BreakRoom/ Toilets/ Staff Entrance - Appliances cleaned and polished, tables and chairs cleaned and sanitized, sanitary fittings cleaned and polished, floors mopped, bins emptied, rubbish removed. Staff entrance kept clear of all obstructions and rubbish.
8.1.27 Disable Toilet - Toilets sweep, mop and polish floors, dust and polish fittings, empty bins, sanitize toilets, clean mirrors, polish cabinets, light fittings dusted, sanitary fittings polished Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. 8.1.28 Gym - Floors mopped, wall wiped, mirrors cleaned, wires, cables & equipment checked. Shelves dusted and cleaned. TV screen dusted and cleaned. 8.1.29 Storages/ Wast Area - Organized, floors & walls Cleaned, washed and sanitized. Kept clear of all obstructions and rubbish. Rubbish chute garbage clear
8.1.30 Safety Inspection - All Hallways, passages and emergency exits free of obstructions, keep all chemicals and equipment stored properly and locked away as per COSHH requirements. Cleaning equipment’s & machinery are kept in safe and clean condition.

8.2 WEEKLY

8.2.1 Deep Cleaning - Leather furniture vacuum under seat , scrub and condition leather. Detail dusting and wiping of ledges / architraves / deep clean ornaments etc .
8.2.2 Safety Inspection - All equipments stored and kept in a safe manner and not obstructing any emergency access or egress ways

8.3 MONTHLY

8.3.1 Dusting - Deep. Leaning dusting of pictures , mirrors , wall hangings and signs, fire extinguishers , high level areas including light fittings , curtains, chandeliers , high ceiling edges etc.

8.4 QUARTERLY

8.4.1 Scrubbing and polishing of floors - deep cleaning of all floor surfaces incl. stain removal and specialist cleaning of floor finishes as per the manufacturers guidelines
