Management KPIs

  • 1. Sub-contractor Management - Sub-contractor list 100% up to date to include details of staff skills, relevant registrations and certifications (eg. Corgi, ISO 9001 etc.), employees liability insurance.

  • 2. Training Records - Staff training records up to date and available for inspection by EYEng - to be revised once per month.

  • 3. Asset List Updated - Asset list updated with any additional equipment installed, removed or relocated.

  • 4. Provision of Quotes - Quotations delivered and submitted in a timely consistent manner. Targets for a Self delivery <3 days, for subcontracted delivery <5 days.

  • 5. MOMs - Minutes of meetings issued in the correct format in a timely and consistent manner - by the end of the next working day.

  • 6. Internal Audits - Demonstrate that service provider is completing checks and audits of works undertaken by their on staff or by contractors, as part of their Quality Assurance process (signed check sheets to be available for review as and when required)

  • 7. Corrective Actions or Tasks - Issues from previous meetings are being tracked to resolution.

  • 8. Incidents and Reporting - All technical and health and safety incidents are recorded and incident reports are submitted within 4 hours of incident becoming controlled occurring, with corrective actions highlighted.

  • 9. SOP Updated - SOP updated as and when required. Documents available for review, when requested by EYEng.

  • 10. PPM - Annual plan submitted and updated when required. Annual plan to drive PPM schedule which is to be submitted in advance every month. PPM executed submitted as part of the monthly report.

  • 11. Spares & Consumables - Service provider to ensure required quantity of spares and consumables are available at all point of time.
