M4 Suitability of staff - The service provider is to ensure and be able to demonstrate that the technical staff have the required training and experience as specified in the contract scope.

M5 Appearance of staff - Appearance of staff i.e. Clean and pressed uniform correctly worn, including security badges

M6 Attendance of staff - Regularity of attendance of personnel dedicated to a specific area with a specific service output expectation (1 event in the month resulting in Partial compliance. >1 resulting in a Fail)

M7 Written Reports - Comprehensibility of written reports at the point of on site preparation

C6 Attendance of staff - Regularity of attendance of personnel dedicated to a specific area with a specific service output expectation (1 event in the month resulting in Partial compliance. >1 resulting in a Fail)
