M1 Staff Etiquette - staff polite, courteous and knowledgeable in relation to their specific role

M2 Material Storage - Correct and safe storage of materials on site, eg. Lubricants and oils.as per COSH regulation, Safe storage and removal of waist material, used light pulps

M3 Response time - Response time to emergency call-outs i.e. Within specified timeframe as per SLA (30 min's)

M4 Record keeping - Record of support and input to the helpdesk relating to reaction to tasking and reporting of defects

M5 Appearance of staff - Appearance of staff i.e. Clean and pressed uniform correctly worn, including security badges, personal hygiene as per the style and image standards provided by Etihad.

M6 Attendance of staff - Attendance as per the contract, hrs and days, Attendance record auditable and provided monthly

M7 Written Reports - Comprehensibility of written reports at the point of on site preparation with all relevant system information

Cleaning Staff

C1 Staff Etiquette - staff polite, courteous and knowledgeable in relation to their specific role

C2 Material Storage - Correct and safe storage of materials on site as per COSH regulation

C3 Response time - Response time to emergency call-outs i.e. Within two hour timeframe, on-site call-outs as per SLA

C4 Record keeping - Record of support and input to the helpdesk relating to reaction to tasking and reporting of defects

C5 Appearance of staff - Appearance of staff i.e. Clean and pressed uniform correctly worn, including security,personal hygiene as per the style and image standards provided by Etihad.

C6 Attendance of staff - Regularity of attendance of personnel dedicated to a specific site from attendance records (100% plus conformance)
