8.1 DAILY

8.1.1 Lift lobbies and stairs: floors mopped, wall, wiped, stainless handrails wiped, mirrors cleaned, AC grills dusted and cleaned.

8.1.2 main reception and back office: dust chandelier, reception desks, wall panales& cupboards. Carpets vacuumed and tiles mopped. Veneer panels polished. Empty bins.

8.1.3 Quite snooze rooms x3 : carpets vacuumed floor tiles mopped, bins emptied, glass doors wiped clean. Furniture clean and polished. Telephones and keyboards sanitized.

8.1.4 VVIP room: carpets vacuumed floor tiles mopped, bins emptied, glass doors wiped clean. Furniture clean and polished. Bathrooms sanitized.

8.1.5 Family room: carpets vacuumed floor tiles mopped, bean bag covers cleaned, walls,furniture and TV area dusted and wiped. Toys sanitized.

8.1.6 First class lounge: bar area cleaned and dusted, stainless polished, rubber floor matts washed. Tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped. Wall, mirrors, shelves dusted and polished. Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned. Light fittings dusted, mag racks dusted, glass tables cleaned, TV areas dusted and polished.

8.1.7 First class dining area: bar area cleaned&dusted, stainless polished all appliances , rubber floor mats washed. Tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped. Walls,mirrors, shelves dusted and polished. Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned. Light fittings dusted, mag rags dusted, windows to external cleaned,TV areas dusted and polished, buffet cleaned and polished, display cabinets dusted and polished.

8.1.8 spa areas FC: reception area clean&tidy, floors, mopped and polished , bathrooms cleaned and sanitized,drains checked and cleaned, bins emptied ,glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished, boiler rooms kept tidy.

8.1.9 business class lounge area: bar areas cleaned and dusted stainless polished all appliances, rubber floor matts washed. Tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped, wall, mirrors, shelves dusted and polished. 8.1.11 Business center: carpet vacuumed, leather furniture dusted and polished, desk wiped and polished, computers, telephones& keyboards dusted and sanitized, desk lamps dusted.

8.1.12 SPA/barber/nail saloon areas: reception area clean, tidy, floors mopped and polished, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned,bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished. Boiler rooms kept tidy. Spa rooms set up as per immaculate Etihad guidelines.

8.1.13 male toilet: toilet sweep, mop and polish floors. Dust and polish fittings, empty bins sanitize toilets, clean and sanitize toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish cabinets, light fitting dusted , sanitary fittings polished . Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished, hand basins and showers to be set up as per immaculate Etihad guide.

8.1.14 Female toilet: toilet sweep, mop and polish floors. Dust and polish fittings, empty bins sanitize toilets, clean and sanitize toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish cabinets, light fitting dusted , sanitary fittings polished . Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished, hand basins and showers to be set up as per immaculate Etihad guide.

8.1.15 Disabled toilet: toilet sweep, mop and polish floors. Dust and polish fittings, empty bins sanitize toilets, clean and sanitize toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish cabinets, light fitting dusted , sanitary fittings polished . Showers cleaned and sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, glass doors and light fittings dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished, hand basins and showers to be set up as per immaculate Etihad guide.

8.1.16 cigar- smoking rooms: floor tiles mopped, leather furniture dusted and polished . Ashtrays emptied and cleaned, bins emptied, humidor cigar dusted and polished.

8.1.17 prayer room/ ablution area: tiles and carpet vacuumed and mopped. Wall, mirrors.shelves dusted and polished. Leather furniture cleaned and conditioned. Foot basins sanitized, drains check and cleaned, bins emptied, doors and light fitting dusted and wiped clean, sanitary fittings polished.

8.1.18 consumables: replace/ refill all consumables including en- motion dispensers, toilet rolls, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner etc.

8.1.19 staff break room : clean and tidy with clear ways for emergency exists kept free of obstructions, floor mopped, break room cleaned, bins emptied, rubbish removed, stock placed neatly with up to date stock list. Dust cupboards and lockers.

8.1.20 hallways : cleaned and wiped. Kept clear of all obstruction and rubbish, veneer panels cleaned and polished.

8.1.21 safety inspection : clear all obstructions in passages. Keep all chemicals and equipments stacked properly and locked away. Display signs when needed.

8.2 WEEKLY

8.2.1 Deep cleaning: leather furniture vacuum under seats and scrub and condition leather, detail dusting and wiping if ledges/ architraves etc.

8.2.2 Safety inspection: all requirement stored and kept in a safe manner and not obstructing and emergency access or egress ways.

8.3 MONTHLY

8.3.1 Dusting - Deep clean dusting of pictures , mirrors,wall hangings and signs, fire extinguishers . High up places incl light fitting, curtains / blinds

8.4 QUARTERLY

8.4.1 Scrubbing and polishing of floors : deep cleaning of all floor surfaces incl. stain removal and specialist cleaning of floor finishes as per the manufacture guidelines.
