  • 1. Preventive Maintenance - A - Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance as per approved schedule for all Class A equipment.

  • 2. Preventive Maintenance - B - Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance as per approved schedule for all Class B equipment.

  • 3. Preventive Maintenance - C - Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance as per approved schedule for Class C equipment.

  • 4. Corrective Maintenance - A - Carry out Corrective Maintenance with in required response time for all Class A equipment.

  • 5. Corrective Maintenance - B - Carry out Corrective Maintenance with in required response time for all Class B equipment.

  • 6. Corrective Maintenance - C - Carry out Corrective Maintenance with in required response time for all Class C equipment.

  • 7. Certification - Service provider to ensure validity of all required certification for all cranes, elevators and platforms for SWL/PL

  • 8. WWT Plant Operation - Operation of WWT plant including supply of all chemicals and other consumables to ensure effluent is treated to prescribed standards and submit monthly reports.

  • 9. Hazardous and Medical Waste Disposal. Collection, identification, staging and disposal with proper treatment of hazardous and medical waste and submission of reports from authorities.

  • 10. Civil / Building Fabric Maintenance - Repairs of windows, doors, all figures and fittings (eg. door latches and locks, hinges, handles etc.) walls and tiles to include grouting, sealing and fixing of isolated tiles.

  • 11. Painting - General painting if walls, doors and ceilings when required, also following any maintenance work.
