Remove pool covers (gym staff to assist)

Remove pool vacuum (gym staff to assist) and put away

POOL TESTS

Results within regulations?

Check and distribute 2 way radios to staff

WET CHANGE ROOMS- close every locker so that each one "clicks" locked

Remove FRONTLINE floats from safe

Check GF Kiosk is functioning

- If not, try restarting the computer.
- If this is not successful place sign up on kiosk and at recreation and
make announcement to this effect when you open the doors

Check boiler room with LG (preferred option)

Ensure all areas of the centre are ready to open

6.00 am - 7.00 am

Open centre entry and exit doors

Assist CSO to scan members through upon opening

6.30am PLANT ROOM CHECK

Walk through entire centre and ensure it is tidy and clear of rubbish

Turn off unnecessary lights (Cardio room, car park etc)

Collect lost property and place in left hand side of lost property bin

POOL DECK: assist LG in bringing pool covers in and secure at shallow end

POOL DECK: assist LG to put pool covers on using Auto slave

POOL DECK: drive pool vac into pool using remote - press "in/out" button and then use arrows to drive vac to far corner near splash pool

Once pool covers are on start pool vac by pressing "AUTO" button on remote

POOL DECK: check boiler room with LG (preferred option)

Ensure exit door 6 is locked

POOL DECK: assist LG to hang up spa area matts to dry over night

POOL DECK: ensure pool hoist has been put on charge

POOL DECK: ensure door 5 (next to spa) is locked

8.00pm-8.15pm

Close centre by announcement over PA

Turn glass doors onto "exit"

CAFE: ensure windows and doors are locked

Record people counter reading (located under TV in cafe)

HEALTH CLUB: ensure emergency exit door is locked

CYCLE ROOM: ensure fans and lights are off

CARDIO ROOM: lock emergency exit door. Ensure treadmills, fans and lights are switched off

Final walk through of centre - walk through all cubicles and change rooms and ensure centre is empty
