Rig Area

Cardio Kit

  • Check nothing left in cup holders

Platforms

Sweat Studio

  • Floor clean (get clean to clean if not)

Flow Studio

  • Lights on

  • Music on ready for class

  • Skipping ropes tidily hanging

  • Mats tidy in a pile

  • Boxing bags ready for days tasks

  • Equipment tidy in racks

  • Mirrors clean (get cleaner to clean if not)

  • Floor clean (get clean to clean at a convenient time if not)

  • Massage guns etc on and charging, check all working in order and plugged in

Changing Rooms

  • Floor is clear of water

  • No drip-pages, leakages

  • Check every shower and toilet for bodies

  • Hair Dryer and Straightener wires pulled straight
