Cardio Kit

Platforms

  • Floor clean (get clean to clean if not)

Flow Studio

  • Lights off

  • Music off

  • Skipping ropes tidily hanging

  • Mats tidy in a pile

  • Boxing bags ready for days tasks

  • Equipment tidy in racks

  • Mirrors clean (get cleaner to clean if not)

  • Floor clean (get clean to clean at a convenient time if not)

  • Massage guns etc on and charging, check all working in order

Changing Rooms

  • Floor is clear of water

  • No drip-pages, leakages

  • Check every shower and toilet for bodies

  • Hair Dryer and Straightener wires pulled straight

Gym Floor

  • Turn off main LED lights; Sweat, Flow, Lift

  • Choose music, inclusive, level 70-80 on Sonos for morning vibe
