General

  • Has the contract been signed and submitted?

  • Has the Contractor provided the Bank Guarantees?

  • Have you erected "Notice of Roadworks" signage?

  • Have you completed a letter drop to relevant stakeholders prior to Works commencing?

  • Have works been advertised in weekly Council Noticeboard in Latrobe Express?

  • Have you notified the Coordinator of Civil Works that Works will be commencing?

  • Have you arranged a Pre-Start meeting with the Contractor?

  • Have you received and approved all relevant documentation from the Contractor? (OH&S Docs, SWMS, ITP's, EMP, PMP, etc)

  • If an EMP is required, has it been approved?

Traffic Management

  • Have you had the Traffic Management Plan and the MoA reviewed by the Traffic Engineer?

  • Is VicRoads approval Required?

  • Is a VicRoads Working Within Road Reserves Form required?

  • Have you had the MoA approved by the General Manager?

Emergency Services, Garbage Trucks and Bus Routes

  • Have you notified the Emergency Services (Ambulance, Police, Fire and SES) about the Works and supplied them with a copy of the Traffic Management Plan?

  • Have you notified Cleanaway of the up coming Works (look up bin days and routes on Council page)?

  • Is there a bus route through the work site? If so, notify LV bus lines.

  • Is there a bus stop on the construciton site? If so contact PTV and LV Bus Lines regarding closure or relocation of bus stop.

Pre-Works Site Inspection

  • Have you inspected the existing infrastructure? Take photos of footpaths, nature strips, fences, etc.

Audit Program

  • Have you set reminders in your calendar as per your audit program?
