  • Requirement (Large Store Format only) – Management team members to be designated First Aiders – sufficient coverage to enable one first aider to be available on each shift. Wages team members only to be first aiders if manager is unable to fulfil this role at the assessment of the state People and Capability team.

Leading Workplace Emergencies (Online - replaces Responding to Workplace Emergencies) (LWPEMERG-M-V1) - NEW

  • Requirement – All ECO Team Members to complete training every two years. The manager who is in charge of the site is the designated Chief Warden.
    Note Important Change – Managers / ECO Team who have previously completed “Responding to Workplace Emergencies” online training within the past two years are NOT required to complete “Leading Workplace Emergencies.”

In-store Motorised Plant – Workplace Coach (1 Day externally facilitated – Once off)

  • Requirement – Stores that have Walkie Stacker or Electric Pallet Jack Equipment to have a Workplace Coach to train and coach other users onsite (preferred for minimum 1 Workplace Coach per site however Workplace Coach can serve multiple stores if appropriate).
