General

  • Is there cattle panels in place around production tree?

  • Is the house casing and measurement casing anchored together? (Is it anchored midway)

  • Is the walking/working surface smooth and free of obstruction in the entrance and/or location?

  • Are the weeds controlled?

  • Is the facility fenced or blocked off?

  • Is an emergency number posted?

  • Is the entrance signage properly displayed on location?

  • Is the battery for the scavenger inside the skid area?

  • Are there H2S signs in the appropriate areas?

Tanks

  • Are there chains with signage across stairs? (Chains and signs will be put on the stairways only when the H2S is 10 ppm and higher)

  • Structural support good? Stairways and Catwalks in good condition? (Any steps that contains 3/4 of an inch damaged, must be removed and replaced)

  • Does the tank(s) have NFPA labels?

  • Are the tanks/load lines grounded

  • Are there any signs of leaks from the Balon Valves, load lines or tank outlets? (Within the tank area)

  • Do the thief hatches close and latch properly?

  • Are the cam lock hose couplings on the load lines functional and not damaged or worn down?

  • Is the Enardo Valve in place?

  • Are the thief hatch gaskets in good condition?

  • Is there a wind sock in place? ( wind sock will be set out only on H2S locations)

  • Are there lightning eliminators in place?

  • Are the Berms/Firewalls in good condition?

  • Is there a working Murphy Meter/other gauge in place? ( Murphy Meters will only be set up when the H2S level is 10 ppm and higher)

Separators

  • Level indicators functioning and not damaged?

  • Has the Pineapple been inspected? (Pineapples will be inspected only when in use so there will be a decal indicator notifying if in use or N/A)<br>

  • Are the pressure gauges in good condition?

  • Are weep holes in place on low and high pressure separators?

  • Are the relief valves anchored?

  • Is the scavenger chemical being utilized?

  • Is the Scavenger free of leaks/spills?

  • Does the Scavenger have a Pressure Relief Valve in place to assist in releasing restored pressure?

  • Is the battery and all connection not inside the skid containment?

Compressor

  • Is the compressor unit(s) have hearing protection sign signs?

  • Is the compressor grounded?

  • Is the compressor oils leaks contained within the skid?

  • Is the skid or area free of debris?

Overall

  • Is the overall condition of the facility safe?

  • Is the fire extinguisher checked and inspected?

  • If the location is a Soar Well, is there a SCBA properly staged with signage?
