Is the pad connector light flashing - to indicate pads not connected fully

Is the operational circle showing complete ring

Does the defibrillator have a clean/unused small towel?

Does the defibrillator have pads that are in date? Please notify the duty manager or centre manager if NO so these can be replaced.<br>

Is there a first aid bag in situ?

Does the first aid bag contain a minimum of 2 space blankets?

Does the first aid bag contain 2 sterile eye dressings?

Does the first aid bag contain 2 triangular bandages?

Does the first aid bag contain an information leaflet?

Does the first aid bag contain a variety of plasters? If not, replenish

Does the first aid bag contain a resuscitation face shield or mask?

Does the first aid bag contain 2 ice packs?

Does the first aid bag contain a bottle of water?

Does the first aid bag contain a minimum of 8 safety pins?

Does the first aid bag contain 2 large sterile dressings?

Does the first aid bag contain 4 medium sterile dressings?
