Store workload Planner

  • Has the store been using the workload planner ? ( talk to line managers and is it on display )

New Joint Team Planning Boards

  • Are the new Joint Team Planning boards displayed ?

  • Are they up to date , in full use and the store is using them alongside the workload planner at every weekly JTPM ?

Produce Revolution

  • Has the produce / fresh manager attended the training session or planned in for a mop up ?

MMM Boards and displays.

  • Is the customer viewpoint board up to date with all messages completed and a simple 3 point plan in place ?
