Re-Survey assessment (HSG264/RG8)

  • When completed on site at the same time as the surveyor , the auditor and surveyor must not be in the room at the same time to ensure the assessment is completed 'blind' . Once re-assessment is completed a comparison of both sets of data survey data must be completed.
