SWMS must being completed prior to any job commencing for both employees and subcontractors.

Each time you visit site you must re-sign on to SWMS.

All staff must be inducted and licensing and certifications must be up-to-date.

Ensure that you are wearing the correct PPE and following the SWMS relating to safe working procedures. STOP WORK if unable to proceed safely.

First aid - All vehicles must have access to First Aid Kit. All sites must have access to first aid kit. REPORT to Site Manager if any concerns.

Times, materials, checklist and notes must be entered for each site visit.

Site Audits, Test and Tag, Vehicle, PPE and Uniform Inspections and First Aid Checks will be conducted on a regular schedule.
