Lock up Items

  • Check all reveals plumb straight and square

  • Check all bulkheads straight and square

  • Check bath and spa hobs for level and 510mm high

  • Spa 1700mm X 1000mm. Bath 1600mm X 700mm

  • Bath and spa cut out sized correct

  • Bath and spa flashing installed under villa board

  • Villa board nailed down with flat head nails and overhang 6mm on edge

  • Check walls and external corners for straightness

  • Packers to be feathered each end and nailed 150mm apart

  • Check for manhole and trim out if required

  • Meter box cleat and remove bracket if required

  • Install range hood noggins 1550mm - 2150mm between 3 studs
