  • Are the RAMS present and have been signed by the Officer (Take a Photo)

Health and Safety (Security Officer)

  • Are Check Calls, Patrols, List of Assets, Welfare Calls all being recorded in the Logbook?

  • Are RAMs & Task Brief Sheet specific and relevant for the job at hand?

  • Are RAMS in date? (Must be dated & Signed within the previous 12 months)

  • Does officer know whats RAMS stand for and do they understand why we have them on site?

  • Is the officer aware of the site specific procedures?

  • Is there a phone provided by company/owned and working? (Take a Photo)

  • Torch in good Working Order

  • Is there a Diester onsite? (Take a Photo)

  • Are all points still available to scan?

  • Are the patrol points being scanned every hour?

  • Diester Serial Number (Take a Photo)

Company Vehicle

  • Is there a Company Vehicle on site?

  • Have you checked the oil and water?

  • Have the vehicle recognition sheets been compelted?

  • Is the Vehicle Check logbook being filled out (Take a Photo)

  • Is the vehicle clean and undamaged? (Take a Photos of inside and out)

  • Have you checked the tyres?

Health and Safety (Site)

  • Is there sufficient lighting on site? (Take a Photo)

  • Welfare Facilities (Take a Photo)

  • Has the Welfare got basic cleaning equipment? (Take a Photo)

  • Is there Emergency procedures/Contact Numbers posted in the Welfare? (Take a Photo)

  • Is there Fire Extinguishers on site? (Take a Photo)

  • Is there instructions for the Welfare if it breaks down? (Take a Photo)

Company Procedures

  • Is the Officer using the App to Log on/off?

  • Is the Officer using the App to conduct Check Calls?

  • Is the Officer following our site procedure and posting pictures on WhatsApp or sending them by email? Check:

  • Check plenty of log books still on site?

  • Check vehicle log books / condition reports

  • Check RAMS

  • Check PPE of guard is anything further required

  • Check Tool Box talk been completed with guard

  • If the client is on site, have we been to visit?
