Maintenance checklist 1

Adjust striker plates and roller catches

Check bumpers and door stops are fitted.

Check all door and frame weather seals to external doors are fitted.

Paint touch ups are done to hinges and door frames

Seal all window heads internal and external

Seal side of the laundry trough

Plaster patch as required check inside laundry trough

Fill all external penetrations (brick point)

Ensure manhole is fitted and painted

Sweep out garage and all paved areas

Touch up window frames as required

Check around the bottom of pans for gaps

Clean power dome

Clean external taps and water meter

Acid wash around external taps if required

Install meter box lock if required

Sweep out meter box

Ensure front door step is clean

Texture patch around front door step if required

All Spare materials to be placed in linen cupboard or garage.

Fix cornice cracks

Gap around range hood

Weep holes as required (Drill)

Patch & paint nail/drill holes as required.
