  • Are shelf price tags used correctly? Are the prices correct on it?

  • Are the product groups displayed as a whole?

  • Is there enough products displayed on the wall panel with arm?

  • The visuals displayed on the top shelf are made according to the visual application standards?

  • Are products displayed in accordance with Madame Coco commercial standards?

  • Are the product groups on the shelfs mixed? (Etc: You can’t display bathroom mat with bedding group products

  • Are the products displayed on top of the middle seperations?

  • Are the carpets displayed on the carpets stand in accordance with visual standards?

STORE OPERATİONAL CONTROLS

  • Have operational controls been made in-store?

  • Are consumable products inventory enough? Is it ordered?

  • Did the store follow up their checking report process to identify the dammaged products? And did they report it to their management and warehouse?

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Is the camera surveillance on record?

  • Is there any generator in the store? Is it working?

  • Is there a condition that could lead to electric shock?

CASH DESK AREA

  • Is there enough products on the middle seperation section next to the cash desk?

  • Is the cash desk area clean and tidy?

  • The cables in the cash desk area are tidy and in compliance with the standards?

  • Are return and refound vouchers has been checked by store manager?<br>Is there any waybill that not in the system?

STOCKROOM

  • Is the internal stock room clean and tidy?

  • Is there any magnet stand next to cash desk? Is there enough stocks?

  • Are gift package stocks enough? Is it ordered?

  • Are the product groups displayed as a whole in stock room?

  • Is there any product which are in stock rooms but not in the shop?

  • Have the store manager orders for products whose inventory has decreased in the store?

  • Are the orders, which arrives to store, removed from stock room to store on time?

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Is there any pinboard in store and is it in accordance with the standards?

  • Are the team members follow up with hygiene and care guidelines? (Make-up, hair style, daily shave..)

  • Are the sales team servicing in a good mood and are they smiling? Are the store manager and sales team wearing their uniform and using their name tags? Are the names readable on the name tags?

  • Is team motivation high?

  • Is the sales team struggling to sell?

  • Is the product information and training level enough of the team members and are they well trained?

  • Are the team member aweare with the KPIs? Are they following them?

  • Are the team members know their targets?

  • Are the team members know the acceptable score of the mystery shopper visit?

  • Has the store manager made the weekly meeting with the team?

  • Have the store a weekly work schedule? Has it hanged on the pinboard?

  • Has the store manager shared the information which he/she gets from head office with the team members?

  • Are the team members know the competitors and are they following them (price, campaign…)?
