  • Identity the location the scales are to be placed. Refer to guide to determine response.

  • Is there space on the table top (not counter), where the dips, napkins and straws are located? Ensure there is nothing in the way to snag the scales.

  • What is wrong?

  • Take photo of the area to show the issue

  • Is there a suitable table available for the scales to sit on? Table is 475mm wide

  • What is wrong? E.g. No Table, Table too small, Space obstructed by shelf etc.

  • If no table, assume a table will be provided and is in place. Measure the gap between table and wall / equipment to ensure adequate staff access.

  • Is there a double electric socket, easily accessible, within 1m of where the scales will be located?

  • Photo of electric socket location

  • Attach label to the wall, where the socket should go. Socket should be 1.2m from floor.

  • Take a photo of the wall and label, where the socket is to be located.

  • Check the WiFi Signal next to where the scales will be located

  • What is the signal strength?
